for the PS3 version... My friend bought a force feedback steering wheel and built a *****pit for this game. It's gonna be that good.
Looks like it's the PSP running a video of the PS3 game. Either that or this is by far the best looking game on the PSP.
The previoius screenshots of Gran Turismo Portable that we've seen showed jaggies all over the cars, and now magically the cars nor the tracks have no jaggies, and the replay videos look as good as that? It's some bs if you ask me.
correct me if im wrong but the HUD from the PS3 version looks nothing like that.

Wow, Darkshneider, that ET comment was one of the funniest things I've read recently. But anyways, the images look like they're probably smoothed or averaged or whatever. I do think the PSP is capable of outputting these kinds of graphics, but not at that resolution. But yknow PSP games look a lot better in motion than they do in stills.
that "Looks better than Forza 3" comment in jest. The PSP has nice graphics, but cmon, we all know a PSP cant out do a 360. The screens might be from a CG, might be polished or might be fake. I guess we will all find out when the game (finally!) releases.

I still like playing GT 1&2 on Psp so i really don't care about a few jaggies, as long as it plays as well as i hope, i mean this is the first Psp game i been excited about in years.
im a GT fan but if this video is from intro so its 100% a HD 3d Video , if this video is a race replay so my litle brother will miss his PSP for a while , but as seen in GT 1 psone , i think they can do it .
Will the graphics be toned down any on the older PSPs?
Still, GT is a sick series, it will be good either way, but I'm not sure if the old PSP can run this with those graphics... Correct me if I'm wrong, and please don't give me a low comment rating, this is a constructive comment. lol
(Yes, the graphics are that good in game play, look at the raw videos on YouTube from E3...)
Why would they tone it down, all PSP models have the same basic capabilities, just one has more NAND space than the other. (i count the 2 slims as 1)

well, the 2000 and 3000 models have 64 MB Ram, while older models only have 32 MB, but no other game used the additonal memory (aside from faster loading time), so I doubt Sony would allow "64 MB RAM games".
Did they seriously censor *****pit?

I use my PSP for a lot of stuff, and I'm no noob, but at the same time, I'm no "expert".
I download all the homebrew the real geniuses make, but I don't know the first thing about the "inner" workings. lol
glad to see the render farm is putting out some nice cinematics.. shame it has bugger all to do with the psp game engine tho.
