God Eater Burst gets a name change for North America |

When Namco Bandai upgraded God Eater, it became God Eater Burst. Now that it's on its way to North America, the publisher thought it best to give the game another semantic adjustment. You can probably guess why.

The localized version will be called Gods Eater Burst. Namco Bandai probably just wanted to clarify that no one's gonna eat the God, just the other less-important gods in the game. Grammatically speaking, that still would've made sense in the older Japanese name, but might as well have it all on the table.
At any rate, if your pre-order the polytheistic Gods Eater Burst from GameStop, you'll get the End of Beauty DLC pack which was previously released in Japan. The game will launch March 8th, 2011.

Although spelled correctly, culturally "engrish" IMO.

They could have been creative since they decided to change the name instead of just adding 's' and make it sound more ridiculous.

Well considering that GODS ....aka....Supreme being.....is a Man-made Myth because all those thousands of years ago MAN was a Primitive Shit scared of his own shadow.....Primitive! Only a primitive is gonna beleive in such rot. So....God eater or Gods eater doesn't mean a GOD DAMN (pun intended) difference or is that indifference?.....LOL!
