Raphael submitted his entry for the PSP neoflash contest. He said that it was just a demo. We think it's a great opening for a game! The first thing we noticed was the colorful background-transporting us back to the 1970s where Disco held its powerful grip on popular culture. It reminded us of the colorful floors in Saturday Night Fever. Very nice.

The spinning block in the middle, saying "We Love Disco" was a nice touch. Cooler thing about it was that you can actually change the object in the middle by pushing X. From a block of text to a multicolored cube, to a white prism-like cube. Look at the shots below!

The music was also reminiscent of the times. We also liked the beat detection located in the lower left of the screen. Nice touch there. You can't expect hardcore gameplay for it just yet, for now it's a very good alternative to those smelly stress balls. Hope we'll see more of your works, Raph!

Uh.

You mean Saturday Night FEVER? Live is the variety show, stupid. Think before you 'reminisce' next time.

all this needs is a function to play our own mp3s and have these awesome visuals!

Yes, nice demo Raphael ! Unfortunately, the report is crap, #2 is totally right ...

Yeah a function to play your own mp3s with this will be nice, why not a sound to light program. I can remember the amiga Megademo scene or the more recent PC demoscene that uses rave style graphix and sound.

okay

nice demo but why the trash talk? it dosn't make sense that every time some ignorant @ss will ridicule this site and it's reporters, if you donn't like it go somewhere else. I have no interest in reading your *****ing. QJ.net you guys better start making a policy for this ***** cuz it fills your site with bunch of baybys who can't respect themselves or others.

WOW

Man oh man that brought back memories. All it needs now is ur own mp3 playback and analogue controlled lasers& mirror ball light streams in multiple colors. I wish I could code. That is one of the coolest demo's I've seen in alooong time.
