Rebate at Frys - Image 1

If you're the type who fills up memory cards faster than homebrew developers can churn out homebrew programs for your PlayStation Portable (PSP), then listen up as this bargain tip from SlickDeals.net may just be for you. As it turns out, Frys is currently offering a US$ 20 rebate for its stocks of the 4GB SanDisk Memory Stick PRO Duo. Normally priced at US$ 69.99, the rebate will allow users to get the 4GB worth of extra memory for a mere US$ 49.99. Considering that the 4GB SanDisk Memory Stick Pro DUO used to cost about US$ 280 some time last year, this fifty bucks may not be such a bad deal.

To grab this offer, just simply save the rebate form which agermats has kindly put up for everyone, then print out the form, fill it out, and mail it off. We are currently unable to find this memory card at the Frys website itself, but agermats has also included a page printout of the product page which mentions the rebate, so you might want to check that one out as well.

Now the best 4GB you can get there is $100 Sandisk Ultra II.

Still not a bad price compared to last year, but still...

Proof please!!!I bought my 4gb from them w/ $20 rebate + also a creative 30 gb mp3 player. Pls don't badmouth a good company just because you didn't get the deal.

As I said this has been going for a couple of days now I was planning on getting my brother 1 but we'll just wait till the 8 gb comes out + see how much the price drops.

FRY's is a major electronics retailer on the west coast and are reputable. I've bought a number of items from then without any problems and also reaturned a rather expensive GPS that I really didn't like very much and no problems.

» 4 gb for $50 bucks

I just went to pricegrabber.com and found a site selling 4 gb sticks for $50. They got a 5 star rating and claim all their products are real. There are only 33 remaining though. Here's a link to it... http://www.pricegrabber.com/user_sales_getprod.php?masterid=23006656&lot_id=4020133

I have that now on a 4 giger. Due to the price of an 8 gig, I'd rather have 2 4 gigs than paying for an 8 now. Can't wait for that price drop, it'll be like having a mini hard drive.

» NOOOOOOO!

AAAAAAH! I bought this exact SanDisk 4GB Pro Duo Gaming RED the 2nd week it was out (summer 2006) for $170, and then my phone got stolen 2 months ago and it was in my phone so I lost that too. And then I bought another one and paid $94 and now it's only $50!! GAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAYYYYYYY.
