Five new Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron gameplay videos |

All these videos are short - a bit too short, but each one gives enough eye-candy to satisfy even the most eye-hungry of fans. The first lets you hit the ground running by showing off the fact that you'll be behind the wheel of the legendary Millennium Falcon to shoot down a TIE fighter or two.
The second and third, furthermore, show your character rubbing elbows (or at least trading shots) with two of the license's most recognizable characters, Han Solo and Darth Vader themselves.
The fourth shows some nifty dare-devil flying with the X-Wing, and the last video's all about where the space opera itself began, Tatooine. Enough spoilers from us - enjoy them videos!

Even a "i hate this game" post is better than a "first post" as at least it correlates to the thread in question. the N64 game looks better than this!!! The battlefront games suck because of the controls, framerate, and play speed, its sutpidly fast and uncontrollable on the psp.
i take it u didn't even give it 5 minutes the controls are very well done once you get used to them i personally enjoy the battlefront games also to any1 complaining aboutht the gfx this isn't the final game keep that in mind before you begin bashing it they are most likly low poly models just so they can get the game to play before they begin to implement details and large poly models
I am sorry to say that Shadows of the Empire (n64) looks better. This game looks about the same as what the DS could do, it is no where near what the PSP is capable of. It's a real shame to. If this is how it looks in it's final release we will see a bunch of 4-6 ratings.

slicer4ever is probs right and its nt the gfx thts really matter, i infact love the battlefront 2 on the psp, nt to mention now tht they gonna put in 16 player infrastructure mode. so wat if the game dnt do the console justice, i dnt think its gonna stop a game being good

I think the reason that the graphics don't look all that great is because all of the stuff that's going on. The PSP might not be able to pump out great graphics when it's drawing all those characters and the environment (as well as the AI); but that's just my take on it (I'm no expert).
mayb it could very well be the video qualtiy....i mean they did the same thing for mercury ( the blob looked like ***** wrapped in steel) but when u look at it now its so smooooooth
