2. Release information

Now here's one more thing to heat your PSP up this summer. It's a trek down memory lane as you reunite with Cecil, Rosa, and the rest of the crew in Final Fantasy IV. Remember the Big Whale, remember Golbez, and remember the other party members that didn't stay all the way to the end. You're going to see them again soon.

When you do, they're not going to be the pixelated sprites that you played with back in the day. They've been given an aesthetic upgrade similar to that of the 20th Anniversary Final Fantasy remakes.

As you can see from the screenshot above, character models and backgrounds have been significantly improved. Character portraits are now included in the command menus, as well as in the dialogues. Lookie here, Tellah still has an MP cap of 90, so remember to stock up on Ethers while he's around.

the visuals on ffiv ds was utter trash, at least squarenix finally got their act together and release a game that wont be so half-assed, still its not good enough, the enhanced visuals are nice but they are static images, nothings animated, imagine the same 2d detail but animated, the game visuals will be mind blowing and will be worthy of a name of a true remake....

i can hope squarenix does this for one of the many, many and many more remakes, nah it wont ever happen... all they ever cared about now is filling their own wallets with wads of cash with absolutely minimal effort

100% agree with an FF3 remake plus exploiting NGP's capabilities would be even better!
