This five-minute nugget of non-stop Disgaea happy features Etna trying to wake Laharl, the Prince of Darkness himself, by ways we probably shouldn't even mention. Of course, he does wake up, but unfortunately gets clocked into next week with another well-placed round to the temple. We're then given control of Etna, who goes out to take over the Netherworld - with the help of her ever-so-loyal Prinny Squad, of course.

So is this a new title or the old title? You play as laharl for the ps2 version...I dont get it...
if they included the japanese language with english subtitles this game would be WAY better. The english acting sounds like *****.
I believe the video is fake.. because in japanese version you DO play laharl (I have it). Unless it is from some bonus episode of the game? (haven't finished it yet...)
indeed, it will suck if the only way to play the PSP version will be with some hacked "audio copied from jap release" version...
They stripped the jap audio from euro release of Disgaea1 on PS2 to fit it on CD...
Well that just made the version unplayable, and I just had to install US release on my HD instead.
This' a vid from the Etna side quest thingy you get for finishing all of her dairy enteries. Basically lets you see her point of view before Laharl's awakened, so the original story would be intact too.

Is it just me, or is Etna's voice even worse than the Disgaea 2 version? That and the fact that the Prinnies sound much worse than the English Disgaea 1 prinnies... Yeah, I'm picky
idisgaea was one of my favorite games, so for once i decided to buy a game...
when i bought it i found out there were no japanese voice overs.
i sold it again and am now playing my copied version.
way to provoke piracy.
