Straight from the NIS America presswire - Disgaea's sequel is coming to the PSP in North America. Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days will come with some new features as well as engaging, easy-to-play SRPG action. This one has been in the rumor mill for a while now, and the announcement now puts those to rest.

Dark Hero Days will get a few new characters, including a new main character for you to level grind to your heart's content. New skills and items too, plus a battle system from Disgaea 3 to grow accustomed to.

Best of all, there's more power-leveling and insane damage-dealing to do, and you'll have new story chapters in Dark Hero Days to let those big numbers fly.

» rumor mill....PLEASE

Disgaea 2 on the PSP has never been a rumor. Japan had their release a while back, so I don't know where people are getting their information from. And whether Disgaea 2 comes to the US or not, isn't considered a rumor. It's a waiting game, to see whether NISA will bring the game overseas or not. Now that it's confirmed, that just ends the waiting game, not a rumor, because it was never a rumor to begin with.

Anyway, that's good news. After beating the first one, I can't wait for this one.

» Hope

I hope so :D. That would rock, latest release would be an early august, so I'd say latest releases date is around August 15th. So we can rejoice :D.
