Dead or Alive: Paradise scans show skin, music player

Dead or Alive: Paradise is the franchise's first outing on the Sony PSP handheld. Sadly, it's not a fighting game. Still, for those interested, Tecmo today revealed a couple more details regarding the game in the pages of Famitsu.

First, there's a new character named Rio being introduced in Paradise. She's in the second scan below. Another feature is a music player that lets you listen to songs saved on your PSP's Memory Stick.

Dead or Alive: Paradise is currently tracking an April 2 release in Japan.

Lol I got shittalked by some guy awhile back when they reported that DoA was coming to PSP. I said that people only bought DoA for the obvious reason that their tits bounce up and down, he said I was stupid and a perv. Still, look at this game, if Kasume, Ayame, and the rest of the girls were flat-chested their would be no business in creating this. Yeah, it's showing the PSP graphic strength but that's about it.

So what the hell is this game supposed to be? It's not a fighter, and it doesn't look like another stupid volleyball game. There's a character select screen, but for what?

And why would you listen to your music through a game, when you could just play it in the XMB? It's just a player, right?

Lool, seems you can take pictures, maybe it's a "magazine" type game. Grab your PSP, a napkin and you're set.

Well, it seems this game is not a game at all. Just software, so look at it that way, guys.

Still, i woulda preferred an actual FIGHTER DoA than some Fapware bullshit.

Maybe I'm a perv (probably), but scantily clad and naked chicks can make the most mediocre games so much more exciting.

Thats why I'm a big fan of the simple series.

Rio is NOT a new character for DOA.

Rio is from Super Black Jack or something, one of TECMO's casino game.
