Enough of them screens for now. Sega's Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars is accelerating our way on April, and still we have yet to see a full-blown Crazy Taxi action. That's why today, we're giving you a gameplay video to show you just exactly what kind of a ride is in store for you in this game.

If you ask me, that's a sweet lookin' taxi right there. I mean, it's not everyday that you get to see one that's a convertible and driven by a hot chick. Yep, it's cuhrazee, alright, especially since this game encourages passenger stealing. But hey, all's fair in fare and war, eh?

Click on play and pick up some more tips on how to be the cool, collected fare-hoggin' taxi driver.

Crazy Taxi 3 port. I couldn't play it on my PC, because my graphic card wasn't good enough, so I'll play it on the PSP.

Nah, the game doesnt look like crap simply because Crazy Taxi is a fun game. That sad the graphics look a bit choppy compared to the dreamcast one.

This looks like a port of the first Crazy Taxi. That's the first level from the original DC title. I loved that game, looks like it will be pretty decent on the PSP.

# Music sounds like *****Guest 2007-03-06 06:36
Where is PENNYWISE??? Music was very important in this game. So, I hope we will have Pennywise and Offspring for the soundtrack, not some dumd bands!!!

# The graphics reminds me of..Guest 2007-03-06 07:47
The graphics could really do some work. It looks like games you will find on the PSone/PSX.

The Dreamcast version surely had better graphics.

I wish they have proper songs from Offspring's Ixnay On The Hombre album just like the original. From the video shown, the music is a generic lame "rock" song.

anyone else notice how slow it ran, compared to the DC and PS2 versions it ran kinda slow, or maybe it's because the guy driving int he video was a noob, didn't use any crazy boost or brake techniques, we'll see. In any case, I will be picking this game up, you can bet on that.

totally agree with you, if it doesn't have the oriinal soundtrack I don't know if I want to play it for long. All I want, No brakes and 10 in 20 10 were awesome songs for a game.

When is there going to be a port of Scud Racer(Sega Super GT) is what I'm wondering, that game was too awesome to never bring home in a proper manner, and the hidden bonus levels in Outrun 2, while awesome, do not count. Also, Daytona USA needs a proper release as well, the closest to the true spirit of the game was the original Saturn release, I have yet to have as much fun with any other Dayton USA release since then. I play them, but I always wondered why they had to go an mess with the physics which I thought were perfect int he Saturn version. I'm not even going to mention Motor Raid, such an awesome bike game from Sega and they never even hinted of a home release, oh well.

Why does the game graphically look like one of the few 3d GBA games? Graphically it looks like an atv game i had for the GBA.

You do realize Simpsons road rage was a clone of crazy taxi, right?

Hmm, this video makes me want to play crazy taxi again... On my good old Dreamcast!

I don't see anything new in the video, compared to the first DC version. Except the music, which sucks (as Curious George said) compared to the Offspring and Bad Religion songs in the original arcade/Dreamcast game...

Another re-release of the same old Crazy Taxi? That's just ridiculous. How about a new, better Crazy Taxi? Something with new characters and more cars, bigger cities and larger missions. There should be a very fast moving, new, crash-a-lot Crazy Taxi made. Instead we just get to play it all over again.

How exciting.

# Pennywise?Guest 2007-03-07 01:16
I don't think there were any Pennywise songs in Crazy Taxi. The songs were Offspring and Bad Religion songs (for Bad Religion : Them and Us during the game, and Inner Logic during the ending "credits")

But I agree, the songs in the old Crazy Taxi ruled, and the music in this video sucks. Hopefully, they just put this music for this trailer, and there will be real, good songs in the final game when they release it!

I forgot "Ten in 2010", in the Bad Religion song list!
