Gaia Studio's and Sony Computer Entertainment Japan's Coded Soul for PSP - Image 1One of the biggest features in Gaia and Sony Computer Entertainment Japan's Coded Soul for the PSP is the ability capture monsters and use them to help you in your quest. While this may not seem like anything new, the game features a very flexible customization system that you can spend hours tailoring to your whim.

In these screenshots taken from the Famitsu Japanese website, you can take a look at some of the different menus in the game showing the different monster and weapon customization options. Considering the number of monsters and item combinations that you can mix and match, this system goes beyond the usual "monster capturing" game genre.

Coded Soul features several other interesting aspects such as connectivity to the PS3's Folklore, as well as some nice concept art that goes with the game. Gamers can expect to see Coded Soul hit stores in Japan this February.

You can check out the various screenshots we have from the game below. Enjoy!
