Can't make an omelette without bricking a PSP |
Ó
The Japanese love their food. The Japanese also love their PSPs. Sometimes though, both areas overlap each other and the distinctions get blurry. Someone apparently loves both omelettes and their PSP so much that they decided to put two and two together. Hence, the PSP omelette.
The story goes that the person whose PSP's display got broken decided to earn some money from it and post it up for bids at Yahoo! Auction. The catch: it's going to be cooked. Talk about entrepreneurship. The PSP omelette is cooked with seaweed for some extra flavor, a dash of sugar for sweetness, and lots of tender loving care.
This resourceful cook also mentioned that a kid would be happy to find a PSP omelette inside his or her lunchbox and not worry because the battery and memory stick have been removed. Err, riiight...
Anyways, in a span of about three short days, the auction is now finished and was finally tagged with a price of 10,166 Yen (roughly around US $ 100). Y'know, after all this, there's only one thing on our minds. You know what they say: You can't make an omelette without breaking bricking a PSP.

what a silly thing to do to a psp... but since it was a broken psp why not cook it? if all that was broken was the display the buyer could just replace it... my psp was on all night for about 10 hours loggen in on syphon filter dark mirror and it felt like it was on fire... it still works fine... was a nice head warmer too(somehow it got under my pillow)... anyway psps can take a lot of heat so the display is broken but the rest of the psp can be used is what im getting at.
QJ.net articles have gone from utterly pathetic to abysmally useless. Good lord but this website sucks.
