Bright Yellow PSP-3000 getting phased out?

According to a Japanese retailer's blog, Sony will no longer be shipping the "Bright Yellow" PSP-3000 out into retail.

It's not clear as to what triggered this move, but I'm sure all those yellow PSPs are just helping Dorothy find her way out of Oz. Whether or not the color is getting phased out still needs to be confirmed.

 

The "Bright Yellow" PSP-3000 was introduced in 2009, and it seems by far that it has been one of the least popular colors for the handheld.

The Hannah Montanah PSP bundle is the cheapest PSP you can get(includes a Memstick + Cool Hannah stuff which you can give to your friend as a birthday gift.) So I don't see a reason why a good colored(and cheap) PSP needs to be phased out.
