I was thinking the same but you simply have to play Golden axe,comix zone and the rest.Phantasy star is awesome is as good as FF but without all the FF metrosexual characters.

If you can live with the poor sound and bad framerates of homebrew, sure. If you want a perfect re-creation plus several arcade games and all the history for a great price, why wouldn't you go the *legal* route and do yourself a favor?
You'd be a tool not to go for authentic gameplay if you truly enjoy Genesis games.
Not so perfect. Sega uses also an emulator, which I believe is based on Kega. And it has a few glitches, eg. sounds inaccuracy.
BTW homebrew emulators for Genesis on PSP run just fine...
I love the company but if the emulators work, I own half games for genises and I own a nomad? Why would I pay twenty to thirty dollars for a official emulation. You probably used a emulator for eloader and xloader or @2.81 up but with full kernel access homebrew is a breeze.
Since I own about a hundred sega branded games over the years and system, I have no issue using them and wish they put something decent together in at least the last couple years.Most latest sonic games are a disapointment andthe last decent games where released about 2003 w\ the gunvalakrie,pan zer dragon, + shenmue ports for xbox that were abandon dreamcast titles atleast in the us
They're still not done with this turd of a game? Genesis games run perfectly with DGEN 1.70, plus I can play all the games I want and I don't have to pay for them when I already bought many of them in the 90s.

does anyone know if this can be played multiplayer using wi fi? i have dgens but the wi fi is a bit funny.
They're porting it so people, Like me, can relive the old days. Hell, i'm 13 and even i played genesis while i was like, 3 years old.
Ah, but do they run perfectly at 222mhz? You know, so you get more than two hours of battery life? No? Too bad then.
