Alten8 promises PC2PSP: "a new PSP concept"

Ó

Come, see what Alten8 has in store for our PSPs...It was only a short time ago when we told you guys that Alten8 Limited will make their content available on the PSP through an agreement with Wild Hare Entertainment. More known for their titles on mobile phones, they've also have their stamp on PS2, DS, and PC titles as well. Apparently, they're planning a Wii title, too. But that's not the hype that's got this article going.

The hype's a secret and trademarked "PC2PSP" concept. Yeah, trust a "secret project" to start tongues wagging. No other details on "PC2PSP" are provided - not by the webpage and not by Alten8's official site either. Out on the continent, PSPWereld is also wondering what the heck this is (we're also keeping an ear out for speculation from other sources, too).

Our wild guess is a PC-PSP inter-playable title or concept, something like the PS3-PSP in-game linkup. Of course, that is a wild guess, which really means "don't take our word for it." The only thing we can be sure is that if Alten8 has "PC2PSP" trademarked, they may really be serious about rolling this thing out within this month. So all we can do is wait.

Right now, all the PC can do for the PSP is content downloading - not that it's nothing, what with all the wonderful homebrew available for the PSP right here in QJ. Let's see what Alten8 has in store for us.

Thanks a lot Toxictoy, for the tip!

I have to agree with Keegster.

To me it looks like it was slapped together by somebody that just learned how to do basic 3-D images and layout. Not a bad logo in concept, but it just looks cheap.
