1. Aeris provides old Limit Breaks as assists in Duodecim
2. Costumes for Firion and the Emperor
For Firion, or Frioniel in the Japanese release, his third costume was originally illustrated by the legendary Final Fantasy artist, Yoshitaka Amano. Amano also drew up costumes for the other characters in this game, like Cloud and Tidus. Heck, he's been drawing up stuff for Final Fantasy forever.

As for the evil, nameless Emperor, you might remember his costume from the Final Fantasy Origins remake.

i always found it strange that Aeris had an ultimate weapon that you found like 20-30 game hours after her death.

it's like "what do i do with this NOW? she's been dead for a while"

You could get all her weapons before she died, if you explored carefully enough. :)
