UPDATE: Going over GameTrailers, we found another video of Aedis Eclipse: Generation of Chaos. This time, it's the game's Strategic Victory Gameplay. Curious? Just click play and check it out for yourself!

You've seen the opening screen, the in-game combat, and the character art. Now, here's a question: How is Aedis Eclispe: Generation of Chaos going to sound? Fret not if you can't answer, as we bring up a video to provide more glimpses of NIS America's upcoming SRPG for the PSP, which is slated for an April 2007 release.

And while this video won't be providing for any previews to Aedis Eclipse's gameplay, it does give us a teaser of the game's tunes. The music is performed by Dogschool, with lyrics and musical composition by Nittoku Innoue - fans may recognize this name fromtheir copy of the various Wild Arms OSTs in circulation. Enjoy the video, and make sure to prepare your pre-order in case you like what you see.

looks good

The announcer voice seems a little cheesy and the character's voices sound so too, but the game looks a lot better. Looks a lot more streamlined and easier to play now with longer menu words rather than abbreviations. Also, looks like the characters will have more options on what the army should do in battle.

oh my god.

Please tell me that's not how the game goes...then again, i'm pretty sure it's the english port that makes it so bad. gonna check if i can find something about the original japanese version.

n

i played the japanese version, and well i can't understand jap, but the voice overs are alot better (not so hard seeing the trailer.) in terms of gameplay: you have no control over what the character do during battles. this is massive strategy, like where to place what unit. not like fftactics or anything. i'd pass on this one
