Total_Noob has posted a new update about the progress of his long awaited 6.20 homebrew enabler for the PSP. According to his latest blog post, the project is going along smoothly as planned with almost 92% of homebrews now run using his HEN, including PSPDisp, CSPSP Online, FUSA and LightMp3, among others.

Developer's note:

Now the HEN supports 92% of the homebrews. With the NID Translator (30% done, veeery boring),  I can run homebrews with prx, like: PSPDisp, CSPSP Online, FUSA, LightMp3, PMPPlayer, Go!Tube, PRXDecrypter, Psardumper and etc. Some VLF homebrews crashes, I'll resolve this problem;)

I'll release the HEN before Christmas on PSPGEN.COM, and you can follow all updates there!

P.S. PSPGo isn't arrived yet, it has been delayed :(

my psp go is on firmware 6.31
i was on 6.20 months ago, but i updated because Resistance Retribution became a greatest hits. Us$20.00 instead of $40.00, sounded like a deal to me =3
I hope there will be 6.31 support eventually. Iam patient, I can wait.

Psp Go for £160 and now this, things are actually looking good in the Sony world for a change.

160 GBP is TOO much for PSPgo, if they want to sell it they'll have to ask for less cause it's the inferior model to all PSP's available.

Casual gamers might like it.

Just buy a console to hack it? You're a little retarded, aren't you!

Yeah but that's only the RRP. it's still not gonna sell well so i can guarantee discounts to same price as Psp 3000, and with CFW it finally becomes a valid option.

I updated my Go, I have no interest in a HEN without kernel support, and never thought this would happen. If you are putting isos on a go you are pretty much a pirate. It used to be for increased load times but Sony now has PSN. I would LOVE PSPDISP, Hold, and Netfront on the PSP though.

You do realize that not all PSP titles are on PSN and that you have to purchase them all over again to get the PSN version?

So, no, they're not all pirates. They just want proper functionality like it should have been in the first place.

Even Kingdom Hearts isn't going on PSN. So, there you go, you now have a clue.
