This classic Playstation title is coming to the PSP later this year. Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is an updated version will include new CG cutscenes as well as other graphical enhancements. Being a fan favorite and a rare gem on the PS, this version is getting the respect and treatment it deserves. The game has a large following behind it and the PSP game is receiving the same fanfare. Being a hardcore RPG, Valkyrie will definitely appeal to the fans of the genre, but since it's a remake of the original, there have been little improvements to the gameplay.

First at what? being the idiot to post that ur first atnot even commentin bout the game? well as for the game i think its gonna be bomb and from the screenshots i can say its gonna look good!
I want this game , I'll buy it even at 50 dollars unless it makes me upgrade to 2.7.

i really love this game when it was on the playstation n_n cant wait to have this as a portable!
theres no US version coming out anytime soon, which makes me pissed at Square-Enix somewhat, but Kingdom Hearts 2 kinda makes up for it :)
I didn't had a chance to finish it's PSX version (Since in the middle of the story I just realized that I'm going on a bad ending). I just noticed that the artwork really changed from the first one. The PSX version uses anime style portraits while the PSP version uses CG graphics. It'll be a good buy when it's released. I do hope that Square Enix would released more refreshing RPG's on the PSP than just a port. My 2 cents.
Dude, the Japanese version is out, I think the whole point of this is to let you know that a US version or at least Euro version is coming out...what difference does it make so long as its english and not 2.7. I mean, the PSP is region free or games, so it doesn't matter where its released so long as english is on board. For those that read japanese though, this obviously isnt useful, but honestly dude, read before you post.
I'm not really looking forward to upgrading my 1.5, although that may be the only way to fix my Wifi. Hopefully this game doesn't suffer the same fate as BoF3 and be unplayable on 1.5 due to lack of saving.
