Yakuza 3 riddled with cut content, missing more than a dozen sub-missions |

Now that Yakuza 3 is out, fans have been able to comb the game for other cut content that Sega didn't mention. As it turns out, they found not only a few missing, but a lot.
Sega had previously admitted to cutting the hostess bars and a Japanese trivia quiz. According to folks on the Sega boards, that's just the teeny tiny tip of the iceberg. Estimates place the amount of cut content at 13%. And that's just for the game's first six chapters. There's more info on what exactly was cut at the source link.
At first, Sega's reasoning for the cuts was that they were done to ensure an overseas release for Yakuza 3. They later amended that to be a by-product of their tight release schedule.

Seems like you love to get ripped off by the developers. Is it fun sucking on the dicks of the devs? People like you are disgusting.

For those who are angry at sega, just look at the "big picture", if the game deosn't match sega figures, we obviously won't get any chance to play another yakuza game in shakspear's language...
i know what i want, it's to wander in those japanese street once again in a Yakuza game and despice all the cuts they may have done, i will still be able to do that in Yakuza 3
