With Def Jam Icon (PS3, Xbox360) still listed as a March release, some people have been wanting to see just how the game's "rhythmic violence" will play out on their consoles.Say wha'? Rhythmic violence? Oh yes, you should know that Def Jam won't just be about the G's, the Benjamins, and the brawls, it's also about how you'll be able to sync and harmonize your whoop-ass moves to the beats of hip-hop music. Still don't get my drift?
As you know, music will play a huge role in defining your gameplay. You'll be required to harmonize your attack combos (using your left analog stick) with the beat of the music that you choose. So just in casing you're itching to ask, yes, you'll be able to create your own playlist in the game. You'll also be able to work the right analog turntable control such that environmental hazards will jeopardize your health albeit in tune to the music of your choice.
