WipEout HD and Super Stardust HD also to come in 3D

Pain is not the only PSN title getting the 3D treatment. With 3D support coming for the PS3, WipEout and Super Stardust are upgrading their looks from stunning HD to 3D as well.

But unlike the ¥300 (US$ 3.30) update to 3D-fy Pain, WipEout and Super Stardust are getting theirs free. The updates will be available by June 10th, but the announcement is only for Japan so far.

In addition, Sony will also update PS3 Blu-ray drives to be able to run 3D Blu-ray movies, but that one doesn't have a date yet.
