Watchmen: The End Is Nigh - Image 1

If you're planning to buy Watchmen: The End Is Nigh next week then you better make sure you can spare US$ 20. That's how much the game's gonna cost, and remember, that's just the first episode.

The exact pricing goes like this: the US$ 20 is for the PS3 and PC versions while the XBox 360 version will be downloadable for a price of 2,000 MS Points. Kinda steep for me, considering that my impression of The End Is Nigh is that it's essentially nothing more than a pretty-looking brawler.

Deadline Games still hasn't revealed how many episodes they're making, but if the movie grosses big then expect to pay a lot more if you want to complete the entire series. Watchmen: The End Is Nigh will be available on the Marketplace on March 4 and the PlayStation Store on March 5.

It better not be only around 2-3 hours. It would be complete ripoff, then.

'essentially nothing more than a pretty-looking brawler.'

If it plays well then it's fine for me. I love a well made brawler. One of my favorite game genres by far especially in two player. I'm not even a big fan of Watchmen but I'll check this out to see if it plays as well as some of my other favorites. Hope the overall set don't end up costing too much though.
