Watch YouTube with your PS3 in full screen!

The feature-packed PlayStation 3 gets one more as Sony is working closely with the YouTube team to bring you "YouTube for Television." It's in beta right now, but the TV website provides a streamlined interface that lets you enjoy all your favorite YouTube vids in glorious full screen, thanks to your PS3.

Using your PS3's Web browser, go to www.youtube.com/tv. This link doesn't work on PCs gents, it's only for the PS3! Anyway, once you've entered the link, you should see the new YouTube interface. Here's a vid to help you out.

Great feature! Reminds me of Ultimate PSPTube. Would be OMGPS3FTW if they didn't stop at YouTube, but having YouTube in your PS3 is already a great plus.

You can also do it in Firefox by using this UserAgent:

Mozilla/5.0 (PLAYSTATION 3; 2.53)

This is a little lame.. Try just plain going to youtube.com on your ps3 web browser. It looks and acts just like it would on a pc. AND guess what.. It already goes full screen! Actually it goes even more full screen than this video shows. I have been using my Tv to full screen youtube for months now. This is not news.

this is all fine and dandy but what the PS3 really needs is the ability to upload videos to Youtube off of the PS3's HDD and sense a few PSN games out have this feature the PS3 can already do this but sony should let us upload from the XMB videos

Check https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/59

Allows Firefox to be identified as IE, Opera, PS3, etc.

There's still no HD option for the videos anywhere. Even on the 720p videos. Boo!!!
