I'll still get motion controller for the PS3 since I already have the camera, but I hope it evolves into something as high tech. as natal.

Why people continue saying it is a wii rip off when it is actually a completely different and improved technology for tracking.
The right thing is to say it was inspired by the wii success.
As for Natal it is something really nice , but people think it is a new tech which is not. It was developed before Microsoft bought it. But what make Natal unique is the proprietary software Microsoft making for it.

This is the true concept and prototype behind the Natal in this video 6 YEARS AGO:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYHr0I-iFHE&videos=x5bUGfKctUA
Notes:
1- This isn't the Eye Toy, it was called Z camera developed by 3DV as it was tested on PS2 for this demo. And he clearly said "this isn't our technology".
2- It used infrared for depth detection same as Natal but the technology was expensive at that time.
3- Dr Richard Marks on this demo video is the same guy behind the original EyeToy , PlaySation Eye and the Arc. You can make sure by checking the video of the article again.

on wii's best day, they cant make games near as good as sony,
maybe sony didnt come up with the idea first, but they DID make it better, even before it is released

it's like the snes and genesis. nintendo was a lil more popular, but the genesis was better.
the wii's way popular, but the ps3 will do it better and differently.

As for Natal, lets wait and see what comes out for it. It is the unproven tech. I do think it will be better for fitness games though. The motion tracking fits the bill.
