"real driving simulator sequel, Gran Turismo 5"

"Real" would include damage incurring from hitting objects or walls. Last I knew, real cars couldn't hit things and go undamaged.

well its real driving, not real crashing simulator.... also i dont see the point in damage. in most games no matter how messed up your car is and at what speeds you crash you can keep driving. GT also allows you to press select and reset your car. I admit it looks cool when my car is kinda damaged after i crashed at 200mph, but its not fatal to my gameplay experience.

Video isn't old. I was watching this guy play haha.

This is also not the full final game, it's only a demo, as there were glitches on nurburgring (track disappearing) and no damage modeling.

People who complain about car damage just don't get what GT games are about. I admit I used to hate the realism in GT and I thought it was incredibly boring. After playing GT5P though I realized it wasn't about fast paced action and crashing your car. If you want that go play burnout or midnight club. GT is about experiencing real cars in there truest video game adaptions. It's about the feel of the tracks. It's about the exhilaration of the in-car view. It's about breaking that record time with a flawless lap. You get it, or you don't. You love it, or you hate it.

The game looks great, but this guy sucks in the video. All he or she is doing is crashing. Like the person doesn't even know how to play the game. The dashed lines on the ground it to help you drive the track right and the person ain't even paying attention.
