Warhawk beta patch now available |

Beta testers for Incognito Entertainment's Warhawk will be glad to know that a patch has been made available for those suffering from crashes.
According to PSX Extreme, the patch gives additional stability to the beta, lessening the chances of the game crashing. In addition, the game also gets an additional change to VOIP discussions, forcing players to press L3 to use VOIP chat in-game (which should lessen the wacky messages you get from frustrated players).
In related news, we've got 12 new screenshots of the game in action. The screenshots involve ground combat, so expect to see people running around shooting things and tanks making wonderful explosions with their artillery shells. Enjoy!

I own all 4 platforms: high-end PC, X360, PS3, and Wii. I also have numerous older generation’s consoles, too. I only AND ONLY support best (triple-A) consoles and games. I am a huge supporter of X360 and PS3 consoles (Wii is garbage). I am a huge supporter of Gears of War, Oblivion (X360 version), Call of Duty 3 (X360), Forza, and MotorStorm (Halo 3 and Resistance are garbage). In conclusion, if it’s not the best than those consoles and games are garbage from my point of view. - There’re more than 200 games which are better made, superior, more advanced, and more fun to play than Halo 3. i think its out. they made a lot of changes to the game already without us even being prompted, and the changes are true. except for the one with the 4x4 jeep honking horn thing.

I'm liking the fact people have to use L3 now to talk. If I got killed, I'd be having a go at them, when everyone else on my team thinks it's me having a go at them! Just need it to come up with the username of who is talking. I'm really liking this game, it's one of the better ones out there. If anyone remembers Hardware:Online Arena for the PS2, this is pretty much the same thing, but more Battlefield 2 style.

The beauty of the PS3s approach to headsets is that anyone who already owns a usb or BT headset can use it instead of needlessly purchasing another one. Wow...Sony tried to help us out, let's crap on them. As for Push to talk...i like it, cuts down on the mindless chatter (i imagine you're an offender). Besides, like many games (R:FoM) people on your channel have free chat privileges, it's just to the general public in the room you have to PTT.

First of all, I don't care that much for Halo 1, 2, and 3; However, I don't think anyone can call it trash... not until its released and we've given it a shot. be fair... with that said.. oh thank goodness for the Warhawk Patch!!!!!!! I don't know if its out yet, but just to know that its on the horizon!!!!!!! I can't wait to get the final version.... one thing.... I'm sad because I want the single player portion to go w/ the game as well. oh well. How long will we be able to beta test the game... will there be a cut off point, or will it last up until the game is officially released.
