Judging by the video, Live 08 is looking to be a festive dunk-a-thon where sin-style ball-play meets a streak of arcade elements. All the moves that make playground legends out of young men will be at your disposal, so take it to the next-gen rack and let it all hang.
The revitalization of the franchise characterized by this season's offering represents an obvious bid by the developers to win back the critics that have leaned on its rivals in the recent years. Will this mark the dawn of a new era for the series? We'll find out soon enough.

EA make a game thats isn't not the same over and over again with minus tweaks...
live still looks whack nba 2k7 plays better than that crap, nba 2k8 is all you need
how do you know the game is crap? have you even play nba live 08 yet? oh wait the game isn't even out yet.
the graphics are to die for-however the way the players move does not look as natural as nba 2k7. it seems like ea is gonna have the same problem w/ this series as w/fifa. PES kills fifa on fluid gameplay but gets slammed on presentation and somewhat on graphics
if you look at that video you can tell that the gameplay sucks, gfx are nice but the game will suck. 2k8 will be way better, gilbert arenas the cover boy for live 08 even said he plays 2k. and you know hesa ***** because hes jsut doing the cover for the money.
