The rest of the interview reveals a lot about David Jaffe the man and the developer, and not just David Jaffe as the mad mind (and loud mouth) behind God of War. Hear his opinions on the SIXAXIS, and the Wiimote; hear his gratitude to Microsoft for Xbox Live's trailblazing, and his hopes that PlayStation Network will be just as good - or even better.
Oh, and hear him describe himself as a "B-level game designer ("Okay, C") who's not arrogant, who's not cocky", and who only comes off like that because when guys who shove a microphone in his face ask for his opinion, he gives it. And his love for the guys at NeoGAF. That is one healthy ego behind that mad mind (and the loud mouth). And note that he's saying all this, plus the Wii and 360 stuff, with someone from SCEA Marketing by his side. That is one HEALTHY ego from SCE-Santa Monica. Wonder what they put in the water up there.

This man, has got to be the coolest developer this side of itagaki. What is also great is how much praise this guy gave xbox live. Isn't usually the microsoft devs that piss on sony?
Jaffe seem like a pretty cool guy and I hope GOW 3 will be in developement for the PS3. GOW is still one of the best action games out there and it would be great to see what Jaffe and his team can come up with on the PS3. Still waiting for GOW 2
Dave Jaffe is i'll say one of the coolest developers i have seen, and i like the fact that he voices his opinion and u can tell by his loud mouth (i like the fact that he has a loud mouth, really voices his opinion). But all in all, Jaffe seems real, and down to earth, and wether or not he is a B level developer (or C), he still makes good games. funny he mentioned not being as good as Devil May Cry, but honestly i had more fun playin GOW than DMC. just my 2 cents
and yes I too had more fun in GOW, at least compared to DMC3 ( but loved the 1 more than GOW ).
and no he's not a "b" nor "c" dev, he's really good and I give him an A because god of war is on it's own, it's one of the best action platformer I played and the only lacking thing for me was a longer scenario, lol. I just wanted the game to be longer, because it was great!!!
I'm waiting for GOW2 and really hope they'll do the game on the ps3, this would be soooo cool!

Watch it again. The Sony rep was saying GoW would be multiplatform on the PS3. i.e. Multiplatform in the sense that the series would be available on both PS2 and PS3.

My guess is PS3 & PSP, both fully integrated and with multiplayer component, maybe online coop. Pretty sweet!
