In the video interview we have just for you, Donovan said that Saints Row 2 will be offering a uniquely different gaming experience to gamers with its over-the-top hyper realism. It's definitely something that will wow various audiences.
As for the game itself, Donovan said that the main storyline will be still follow the structure of the the very first title but the over-all storyline will be completely different.

The game looks okay, but NOTHING compared to GTA4... the graphics are looking... errr... not really well done. I don't feel that the game will be as immersive as GTA4 at all. Still, I'll surely buy it if it gets a good rating, since by the game it'll pop, I'll have finished GTA4 at 100% that's for sure. Still, it'll just depend how money I have left, lol. Tons of tripple A and A titles coming.
Saints Row 2 > GTA IV
Now rate me low cause i'm right.
