Uncharted: Drake's Fortune UK demo date; US region lock mistake |

Did that nasty little region lock for the demo of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune get you? Worry not! (Cue Superman theme song) The UK will get their hands on the demo on November 22. Naughty Dog's Christophe Balestra has also apologized in the PlayStation blogs and explained that the region lock was a mistake.
According to Balestra, the Naughty Dogs team wasn't aware that the demo was going to be region locked and they fixed it as soon as they figured out the problem.

They Fixed it? Does that mean we can download the US version now and not have it region locked? Has anyone tried this?
Yes, it was fixed the next day. I have a PAL console, downloaded it again and it works. Good demo too

i had the same problem with my jap ps3 but i just redownload the 1.2gb demo and presto it works.
I am definitely buying the game! Very entertaining.
This demo was spectacular! I definitely need to buy this game.
