Naughty Dog and Sony Computer Entertainment's PlayStation 3 exclusive Uncharted: Drake's Fortune will be released this November 20. This was confirmed by none other than the game's director, Amy Hennig. According to Hennig, the game will be hitting beta internally in about a week. This is great news for fans of the title everywhere as it probably means that they'll be making the deadline with time to spare.
The game's premise is an interesting one, with the hero, a descendant of Sir Francis Drake, on a quest to find the legendary treasure of El Dorado. However, things go bad for our hero when he gets stranded on the island where the treasure is supposedly located, along with bloodthirsty mercenaries who are also seeking the same treasure.
If the hype is to be believed, this title is said to have some of the best graphics ever seen on a next-gen console. So PS3 owners might want to look out for this game when it launches. In case you're based in Europe, expect to get this game by the holidays.
