I mean what they going to do with it?? $3,000 just for the ordinary game that everyone else is going to get and a plastic dagger and book to sit on their shelf collecting dust? :-\
If you got the money to spare and are a big fan of it then why not? Up to those bidders if they feel it's worth it or not. If they didn't think that they they wouldn't bid. I wouldn't since I just don't have that kind of money but if I was a millionaire I'd probably just grab it without a second though and then probably donate the same amount to some charity too.. Not sure why.
i can get that bag and lanyard made in india for about $20 or less. And then $60 game.
I can probably get the whole set as a Chinese knockoff. It'll look legit too.
Well if it was me bidding, I would eventually sell it later on when Uncharted 3 hits. If they release another edition like this for 3 then you can expect this to be a much wanted piece, especially if kept sealed, there would be a lot of money in it in the long run.
I'm going to watch it to see how high it goes lol, but my guess is people are running up the price without any intent of paying. I've seen it countless times, sometimes random things go for a million. I doubt too many people would send $3-5K for a video game to someone with 0 feedback on eBay...
This game looks great, I'd love it if they released it on the 360, I know that will never happen though...
It's about as likely as Halo coming out for the Playstation 1. Not dissing the 360 it's about as likely that's all.
Jebus thats a cacaload of $$ The game is ACE and this shows that there truly are hardcore fans out there. And they are treating it like if it was a real treasure if they are willing to pay that much. Hmm wonder how high it will go..i say 5K or so.

Man this is on ebay for that much. Thats as bad as how much Mighty Morphin Power Ranger toys cost, I mean the ORIGINAL PR toys.
Morphers cost 200-300 dollars. Action figures just as bad.
