With no announcements or even rumors about Mirror's Edge (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3) and its "Pure" DLC, it's a little hard to believe that Electronic Arts will hand out freebies without letting the world know. Does it matter though? It's free DLC.

If you head over to the UK PlayStation Store, look for the Mirror's Edge DLC, "Pure" and you can download it free of charge. The pack was once priced at GB£ 7, which is about US$ 11. The Pure DLC adds time trial levels to your game, and now you and Faith can go wild with your free-running skills again.

As for Mirror's Edge's future:

The *****?

QUICK, I'M GOING TO TRY THIS OUT ON MY XBOX RIGHT NOW! I hope it's free there too. (I won Mirrors Edge from a drawing on QJ awhile back for the Xbox 360 lol)

*sigh*

Nope, it still costs 800ms points.

?

Sounds like a ripoff for those paid for it.
by hush404 - 2009-07-12 06:05:42
seriously?

Im surprised it was ever not-free to begin with! Relys says its 800msP... which is $10 rite? Thats a huge amount to pay for some time trials. I'd want much more for $10.

Xbox?

Why are you checking XBL when this is a UK PSN sale?
by TheRockness - 2009-07-12 07:34:55
If you're speaking from experience.

You should wait to purchase something. It will always drop in price, and some day you might be able to find it for free. This is life. If you don't get used to it now, you're going to set yourself up for a lot of disappointment. If spending your money makes you feel ripped off. Then perhaps you should think about your purchases more before you make them.

no it cannot

different region dlc does not work on other regions discs.
by NarooN - 2009-07-12 21:30:17
no.

Not talking from experience since I only buy things when I'm sure I want them. That's a lot of assumption you made, kid. This is old, but think before you post before trying to give *ME* a life lesson. All I said was, it sounded like a ripoff. Nowhere did I imply I was ever ripped off.

@TheRockness

Don't bother with the guy/girl, (s)he's a douche. Everything (s)he does and says is "perfect", because "we" are "commoners". LMAO PS: watch her reply. "KID you are a COMMONER I never said that, I hate it as much as I hate call of duty blah blah, yada yada yee". Something in the lines of that. just see (s)he never settles an argument. You just can't win. Want to know why ? Because "we" are "commoners" and he's one of the "rare" ones. Kthnxby

Would this content work on an NTSC U game?

Since the games are region free?
