Two new Resident Evil 5 vids! Let's watch this one first: it looks like a scene with one of the bosses in the game - maybe a mini-boss, or a real boss-boss, but let's just say this mean mutant is exuding boss-ness. And poor Sheva and Chris Redfield find themselves in a rather sticky situation...

Now for the next video. This one's a bit longer and requires some... attention. It's part of this whole mysterious viral campaign from Capcom. And it's live-action to boot.

It's a clip depicting a BSAA (that'd be Chris' current task force in RE5) award ceremony for Chris after the events in Africa. For one, Chris looks less buff in his live-action form than in the game. And Sheva looks rather frazzled. Wonder why...

It's really hard to say what this is all about. Things start to get interesting when Chris takes the podium and gives his acceptance speech. He snaps, sees weird writing on his notes ("They're in Kijuju"), and freaks out. Hmm. Weird. Reminds me of the Resistance 2 viral ad campaign with Katie Sackoff. Here's hoping things get explained in the second episode!

Capcom's Resident Evil 5 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 is to be released on March 13.

Hehe that B.O.W.

Kinda looks like the MUTALISKS from starcraft, and it can fly as well. Game looks pretty nice. Though I HATE the anims that are basicly copied from re4

Yeah

The game looks great, but like you (and others I'm sure) I wish they had changed the animations recycled from RE4...maybe they still have time to?
