Last month we saw and heard about the Europe-exclusive Heavy Rain Collectors' Edition. Today SCEE let loose an image giving us a closer look at the special edition and its contents.
As you can see above, the CE's fancy gatefold cover comes with a promo code for the game's DLC (including a downloadable soundtrack and an XMB theme), a little origami piece resembling the one on the game's cover, and a big fold-out covered in notes. The gatefold cover has also been treated to give off the illusion that the raindrops on it are "real".
Sadly enough for North American gamers, this sweet piece of merchandise is Europe-only. Those who want it can order one from HMV for GB£ 40. Heavy Rain comes out February 23 in North America, February 24 in mainland Europe and February 26 in the UK.

I thought the soundtrack would come on a CD. The fact that you have to download it is a bit of a bummer, but oh well, as long as I get it some how

PS3 games are currently region free but DLC is region locked to the BLES (or BLUS in America) code of the game.
If you buy DLC from the US store for an EU copy of the game, it won't work and you probably won't get a refund either.
