Don't you just go, "What a waste, they should've just given that to me!" when you see vids like this? Well, fortunately for everyone, that's exactly what Sony Australia is gonna do. The vid is actually a teaser for their upcoming offering, where 25,000 PS3 Slims will be given away upon purchase of "qualified Bravia LCD" TVs from October 22nd until the 20th of December.
Okay, since they totally screwed one over, the countdown's down to 24,999. As of writing, there are 24,996 more units left to claim. Check the source out for more info.

Just saw the video on hardocp. Hahaha, didn't see the website where they were giving it away. All you have to do is buy a tv and say "Hey, PS3 please"?

Why be sarcastic? I'd say go for it... would sound pretty damn cool to me. Sounds alot better then the idea of someone buying another PS3 just because its "pink" with a final fantasy logo on it.

Maybe even have the Cell CPU power the bravia engine. Integrate Play TV as well and have it become your personal DVR. Truth is it would raise the price up 300 if not more so people are essentially paying for something they don't want if they just want a great TV and not a video game system. So due to low demand they either won't make it or have a huge premium. What's the point of paying a huge premium when you can buy the TV and then a PS3 so they just don't make the thing. I still wish it happened though.
the tv starts to ripple before the ps3 hits it, also its going straight without dipping at all, and it also shows the ps3 logo in plain sight, lol still a cool commercial

Are they mad?! What's their problem there are better ideas to make a great tv commercial without having to destroy 2 excellent things. RIP Bravia and please let's have one minute of silence for the tv and PS3 that were down during the filming of this tv commercial XD

It reminds me of the Halo 3 commercial with Raindrop Prelude in the background (loved that commercial so much I learned the song and played it for my recital lmao) .. And I hope to whatever that they were already broken.
