The real-life Grand Theft Auto IV Ferrari ride |

Ó
If you've ever dreamed of owning a Ferrari and living on the edge Grand Theft Auto-style, we have just the specimen to satisfy that hunger. We came across this photo taken at the New York Auto show and we were ecstatic.
Sure, it may not be the newest, fastest, and most expensive four-wheeler in that mix they had that day, but boy did this ride ever stand out. It's a Ferrari Modena custom-painted with Rockstar Games and Grand Theft Auto IV logos. There was no way to tell if the boys at Take Two had a hand in this, but it was certainly a nice surprise.
Too bad we can't take the wheel and go for a spin in it, and we're not sure we would want to either. This one's good enough as eye candy and there's really no sense roughing it up.

I know all you Sony fan-boys are upset at buying an overpriced powerful system, but don't worry...developers will continue making games for you...right after they make them for xbox first.
That's the price you pay of being in the minority. Developers need to recoup overhead costs, and the quickest way to do that is to make the game first and foremost for the top selling system. The PS2 had this advantage even though the xbox1 was more powerful. Now the 360 has this advantage even though the PS3 is more powerful. It's the way business works, get over yourself.

The PS2 had a head start on the xbox, thus, it caught the eye of developers for exclusives. Because it had more systems in the market, those exclusives stayed exclusive. The developers wouldn't lose that much money.
Now that the 360 has a head start, and thus more systems in the market (and gaining the exact same advantages that the PS2 had over the original xbox) you are saying that's not a fair comparison? Apples to Apples seems fair to me, I don't know what planet you're from.
I can't think of a scenario where a start-up console (the xbox) would win out over a second generation and already established console (the PS2). Now that both consoles have had at least one generation ahead of them, the developers eye the system in which can bring them the most profit. Sony isn't losing titles, they are losing exclusive titles. Developers won't quit developing for Sony that were already in their court, but they have decided to jump on board with MS because they have a substantially greater number of consoles in the market, and can therefore gain more profit. What does more profit for a developer mean? More money to develop new IPs.
So, you say "So what if Sony hasn't sold as much as the 360." That is a HUGE deal, head start or not, because one of the main reasons Sony had the exclusives (and therefore the edge to sell even more systems) was because of the PS2's dominance last generation.
And I never compared Gears to Resistance, but if you're wondering why the comparison is there...its basically because those two games are each systems top rated/top sold title. It's not that far of a stretch if you could open up your mind a bit.

Do you realize how much it costs to make even small games? For most companies, too much, many of them have to close up because they don't make a profit. Triple A titles already cost in the tens of millions to develop, and you think they're just going to get five times bigger overnight? And you think they don't all because of the Xbox? You sir are a fool.
