The Last Guy takes place in a zombie-infested Japanese town. The goal is to find and lead civilians to an Escape Zone without letting them become food for the walking dead. Players can make use of thermal imaging to find survivors, and getting V.I.P.s into the Escape Zone translate to more points for you.
This PlayStation Network title utilizes high-res images from Google Earth for its top-down gameplay. Check it out (along with the strangely catchy backing track) in the video below. The quality's not that great, but the game itself does look worthy of a run or two. The Last Guy is currently slated to hit Japan on July 31.

Video doesn't seem to be working for me. After watching the game on youtube, I can say I won't get it or anything, but it's pretty funny. It'd be better if it was from a normal first/thrid person view, then I'd be interested. It's kind if funny, the concept though. You just run around the city and as soon as you find someone, everyone just runs 1000 miles per hour to an escape zone. lmao. I love the Japanese. Their game design is just awesome.
This game is exactly like an old SNES title, anyone remember it?
