The Gonz on SKATE |
Ó
Anyway, here's another short from a real life skater. Mark Gonzales, better known as The Gonz, is the pioneer of street skateboarding, is also known as an artist, and has appeared in a number of movies. He talks of the art that is skateboarding. Then he pulls a bench and sets it up, pulling a nice one - illustrating the kind of skateboarding he pioneered. He does it while wearing a white bathrobe and slippers, but then who cares? So long as he can nail it.
Anyway, we'll quit babbling and let you watch the short clip. Enjoy!

Mark G. is NOT the pioneer of street skating he is A pioneer with the first real street skating videos including Bildns - Video Days but practically every trick he's ever done was invented by Rodney Mullen who is THE pioneer of every type of skating thats not Vert, downhill, or Slalom.
Doesn't matter who the pioneers are. It's about everyone gets a turn. Everyone gets to conquer boredom. Together. Skating is fun. It's even more fun when skaters go out and skate together....a take photos and video and then re-live that fun time. http://www.skatecardgame.com
