Ubisoft and Bethesda Software has announced that The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for the Playstation 3 will be out this April 27 in the UK. This game is already out for the Xbox 360 and the PC, and has already gained nods from the gaming community.
The RPG title offers free-form gameplay and next-gen graphics that has captured the interest of many a gamer. The premise is pretty standard for an RPG though - The Emperor of Tamriel (The land where the story takes place) dies under mysterious circumstances and his empire has already begun to fall. Now demons are rampaging through the lands and are destroying everything. Enter your character who has to find the heir and unravel the plot to destroy Tamriel.
It's a known fact that The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion has already received multiple Game and RPG of the Year awards from different publications and organizations. Gamerankings.com and MetaCritic.com has listed Oblivion as the highest rated game of all time on Xbox 360 and PlayStation3. The Official PlayStation magazine in UK recently gave the game a rating of 10/10, making it the first PS3 game to receive such a score from the said publication. If you're interested in the game, be sure to check out some screenshots and videos of the game from our previous coverage.

Sorry if its confusing for you. Which part is confusing you?

You might want to tone down the exaggeration a touch if you can. I mean, you're probably only a hormone and zit encrusted teenager so it could be difficult for you.

when it does happen it's usually when i'm running around outside, and my brother(he has the 360 version) told me to just stop moving for a second, then keep going. Almost always works for me...

@Rammek - i'm not dissing it at all, nor exaggerating. i was literally seeing about half the usual framerate the entire time i played the game on my SDTV. i'm not blaming the game, it may be the ps3's fault as far as sizing down the game for my crappy tv, or it may be that someone who rented it from blockbuster before me somehow messed with it. regardless, i really was experiencing very choppy framerates that did not ever get normal, even when outside. i asked the question to see if anyone else experienced it and why. (if they knew.) i'm glad you didn't experience it, and i'm glad you like the game. rpg's aren't my thing anyway.

I say biased because if it's north american it's general news, but if it's europe then it's specialized news, and it stands out more, to me.
ANYWAY, the title at the top of the page also says it, "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion out on April 27".
