The Big Daddy of Special Editions - the one for BioShock 2

2K Games has now announced the Special Edition for BioShock 2 which would be the Big Daddy of all swag. It's not because it's utterly the most awesome we've ever seen, but simply because the game's got Big Daddy in it.

The package includes:

a copy of BioShock 2
a 164-page hardcover art book
three posters
the official soundtrack which comes on a real 180g vinyl record

Yep, you read that right - a record, that big black disc that DJs scratch and play with. Unless you have a turntable lying around, that one's gonna double as a wall hanging. That's not so bad, either.

The BioShock 2 Special Edition is set at US$ 99 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, while the PC gets it at US$ 89.

Unlike the first game, man I remember 1 Special edition, only good thing about that one was the big daddy figure, everything else was bad except the cover art.

Soundtrack for 1 was basically 3 songs. I remember alot of people calling it worse than Prey Limited edition.

Hopefully they learned from 1 Special edition. Though I liked mine.
