TGS 2008: PS3, 360 Castlevania teaser trailer

Yesterday, we reported that Konami's announced a new Castlevania title for the PS3 and Xbox 360. They did so by showing a 10-second teaser trailer. Here's a video of that teaser.

There's still no knowing whether the next-gen blood-sucker will be a side-scroller (like the earlier Castlevanias, from Symphony of the Night and below, as well as the newer ones on the DS) or adopt a fully 3D environment (much like the Castlevanias on the N64 and PS2).

The character in the video above may be rendered in 3D, but that's not indicative of gameplay - it's just a teaser anyways.

Thats Alucard :) Nice. Finally a true follow up to SOTN. Better be a friggin side scroller. Every single last 3D attempt for Castlevania games have been terrible.
