TGS 2007: White Knight Story trailer video

TGS 2007 - Image 1Time for some more gaming goodness from the ongoing Tokyo Game Show. This time we have a trailer for White Knight Story (Shirokishi Monogatari for all of the Japanese-speaking people out there).

White Knight Story is Level 5's first offering for the Sony PlayStation 3. This RPG title promises to be a grand experience for fans of the genre, with a planned running time of around 50 to 60 hours and huge enemies reminiscent of those seen in Shadow of the Colossus.

Little else is known about the game and the trailer doesn't show a lot of gameplay footage apart from what appears to be main protagonist Lenard's transformation into the White Knight, but the graphics are really top-notch. Check out the YouTube clip uploaded by vgplayerz below.

It's at least Level 5's second offering for the PS3. Have people forgotten about Lair already? (I know some people want to)

You're messing Level 5 up with Factor 5. F5 did games like Lair and Rogue Squadron. Level 5 did Dragon Quest VIII, Dark Cloud, etc. (and hopefully the re-emergence of True Fantasy Live Online).



This game looks absolutely stunning! I love clip of the dragon with the wires going all over the place. I'm definitely picking this game up. 50-60 hours? I wouldn't be surprised if this game took up two BluRay disks. ;)
