If you think the Sony PlayStation 3's RPG scene is all about Final Fantasy XIII, think again. Level-5 has shown off a new video of its upcoming fantasy game White Knight Story and it's looking very impressive. Check out this gameplay trailer:
As you can see, the battle system is looking pretty furious regardless of whether you're in human or in the colossal White Knight form. It actually reminds this blogger a lot of Ultraman, or Escaflowne, or Xenogears. What does it remind you of?
White Knight Story stars Lenard as the protagonist, Level-5 and publisher Sony Computer Entertainment are promising that this title will captivate audiences with massive scaling, an addictive combat scheme and a fine-tuned story. White Knight Story is set for release in Japan late this year, while it ships to the west shortly thereafter.
