Tekken 6 scans: Yoshi's new look

Egad, is that the new Yoshimitsu we spy? Courtesy of a couple of new scans picked up from Japan's Arcadia magazine, we've just spotted glimpses of how the Tekken 6's characters are looking as the game gets prepped for release next year. And while they don't really provide for much gameplay details, these scans at least let us know what wardrobes the characters will be fielding come release day.

There's not much we can say for the Mishimas (Heihachi, Kazuya, Jin) - they appear to be carrying over the same Gi's they've had on since Tekken 5. What grabs our attention is Yoshi-chan's new look, which begins to remind us of Sentai (Guyver comes to mind). Also noted that he's featured with the daisho we reported on previously. Keep posted in case Namco Bandai decides to revamp their appearance again - and hopefully get rid of Lei's (manly pink) Ryo Saeba getup. Of course, the Japanese-literate readers among us are welcome to comment on what the first scan says.

There's always one of you people on a forum who thinks the graphics in some game are terrible. Someone on a Crysis forum said the graphics looked like a DX7 game! It's Crysis people! No, saying the graphics are terrible when it is unanimously agreed that they are awesome does not make you more intelligent!
