Yep, he's so tough that he doesn't even mind wrestling while being half-naked in the snow. Then again, when a Tekken fighter wants to beat the crap out of you, hypothermia would be the least of your worries.
Between him and King, my vote's for Ganryu. Then again, I had to watch both vids on Gametrailers, so I guess I voted for them both. Here's the promo link again, like the one on the King trailer earlier.
