Tally ho! Medal of Honor: Airborne demo invades next week |

The demo of Electronic Arts' Medal of Honor: Airborne (PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3) has been dated for release by Thursday next week on August 23, 2007. PC and Xbox 360 gamers will be first to experience dropping into enemy infested territory when the game arrives on Xbox LIVE Marketplace and on the official website of Medal of Honor.
The demo will introduce Medal of Honor veterans to the island of Sicily, using a single mission scenario dubbed as "Operation Husky." Players will sink into the combat boots of 82nd Airborne paratrooper Boyd Travers and brothers-in-arms as they parachute into an Italian village.
Facing an imminent counterattack by the German Heer army, players will have to fight their way through the rural hamlet, secure a sniper rifle and use it to eliminate the German commander. All the while, the joint Allied effort must successfully fend off German waves trying to retake the village.
News of the PlayStation 3 demo are no where in the horizon, but there's a good possibility that it'll pick up wind soon and arrive a good time after the initial demo release. More developments on that and on the game as they blip in.

once again PS3 is last, I love how slow everyone is to get things working on it. idiots
This is just the beginning of the PS3's life. I don't know why people where expecting a lot in the first year.

This is ass. Why even post this on here if the PS3 isnt getting a demo. Sony hear my words!!!!! GET OFF YOUR ASS AND GET THESE DEMOS!!!!!!!!! send devs to help or something. This is crazy. The only good demos on the PSN are the Heavenly Sword and the Darkness Demos. I read on the PS blog that demos are done and that Sony has them but they aren't posting them. Just keeping them to themselves.
Sony doesn't want their bandwidth bill to be too high in any given month, so they have to spread popular downloads out.
Bandwidth costs money, and millions of people downloading a 1+ gigabyte demo costs them money.....
That's why paying for live isn't so bad...last gen I had to buy $10 videogame mags to get demos, $100 a year, $40 more then live....so right there I am saving a crapload of money and get all the demos I could ask for....
100 a year?? How stupid.
You could suscribe to the magazines for $14 a year. And that way better than spending 60.
Official xbox mag, the one with demos, is $39.95 US a year for canadians, which is about 50-60$.....so even with a sub....you loose...
because its an xbox website
