Sucker Punch: no plans for inFamous DLC, multiplayer |
Ó

In an interview with Belgian gaming site 9lives, Sucker Punch co-founder Bruce Oberg admitted that they ran into a few difficulties while trying to release inFamous on schedule. While they've certainly cleared these obstacles, they never did get past two "mountains": multiplayer and DLC.
According to Oberg, the lack of time eventually led to a singe player-focused inFamous. Multiplayer and DLC haven't necessarily been ruled out yet, but those wishing for their addition will have to wait awhile. The devs are apparently now on holiday, so there are no plans at the moment to add either.

played the entire demo tonight, waste of time
its spiderman 2, reskinned, everything is the same, even the crappy dialogue and lip-sync of characters
the missions are the same and the enemy have that stupid appearence , animation and sound just like spiderman
only thing was, spiderman was mildly amusing for a while as there was a wee bit of skill, but the smoothness of attacks where alot better
for infamous you have to stop dead still before attacking, its useless

There have been too many games out there that look like they're going to be awesome, but are plagued by crappy controls, glitches, and other issues.
But I'm hoping it turns out to be good!

And regarding the DLC come on Sucker Punch. Not everyone pre-ordered your game and got the Gigawatts blade(or what ever it's called). At least make that a DLC.

Infamous (exclusive) VS Prototype
(Non exclusive) IDK IMHO Infamous will/has take(n) the PS3 to the next level and has/had the "guidance" of SONY. Like Naruto stated above "There doesnt seem to be a good story or good grafix". Then again what is "good". Still though.
Then again the article has nothing to do with Prototype and I guess ALL of this "nonsense" really doesn't matter unless QJ makes a topic comparing both idk I guess buy both and help support devs for further games !?!?!

the demo is pretty early on in the game and you have powers there that you shouldn't have yet... and the mission isn't the best out there..
the story unfolds really good.. i'll even play thru the whole game again being famous this time!!
and i don't really know why everyone is comparing it to prototype.. the only thing that is the same is that they both are openworld games and you have powers..
