Stuntman - Image 1Sony PlayStation 3 owners looking for some daredevil actions will have to wait a couple of months more for the platform's version of Stuntman: Ignition as the release month slides from August to October of this year.

Those waiting for the game on other platforms will be relieved to know that their scheduled launches are all on track and set for launch on the target dates. No explanation was released as to the reasons for the delay.

This is the second delay announcement in the last few days as a similar delay was announced by Electronic Arts regarding their upcoming World War II shooter Medal of Honor: Airborne for the PS3.

THQ lists all other games on the slate with no changes on their schedules. This includes anticipated titles like Warhammer 40,000, WWE SmackDown vs Raw 2008 and MotoGP.

I think Sony tell the Devs to WAIT for something........BUT WHAT?

It's a strange coincidence that all 3rd party games are delayed. Maybe at E3...

so you can afford two expensive systems but you cant afford 4 dollars a month for xbox live...fanboys nowadays always making something up

Most 3rd party games are delayed because the ps3 is very hard to develop for, thus the reason why they are almost always delayed and/or come out looking worse than the 360 version. Its also the reason why I kept my 360 and sold my PS3.

mayb its for HOME and the trophies and stuff?

Yeah, you can easily tell when ps3 fanboys disguise themselves as 360 fans just to try and make it seem like theyre a gamer leaving the 360 for the ps3. Its quite funny actually

Anyways, @ mh,,

You have fun playing the lagfest that is the PSN network. Youll quickly realize that 4 bucks a month is a small price to pay for all the features that Live holds over PSN (including better netcode). Theres a reason why its free you know, and its not because sony is just trying to be nice...

Lagfest? That's hilarious and proves you're nothing more than a loser fanboy. And you have the nerve to call someone else a fanboy. Yeah right. Look in the mirror you moron. You just found your fanboy.

I've experienced nothing but smooth online with the PS3 while I get the usual lag when playing the 360.

Get a life you idiot.

Maybe Sony is telling them to wait for the new Sixaxis controller to include rumble or Home functions??????
